Click HERE to download the waiver.

  • Please complete all three (3) pages of the waiver.
  • If you registered multiple participants, it’s important that you complete one waiver per participant.
  • If you are doing packet pick-up for your team or group, please note that we will only be able to provide race packets for those you have waivers for.

2. We highly encourage you to come to packet pick-up and rack your bike in the Transition area on Friday.  Packet pick-up will open at 3:30pm and close at 7:00pm.  There will be no opportunity to pick up packets prior to 3:30pm on Friday.'

3. The transition area will be open on Friday, March 21st from 3:30pm-7:00pm during registration packet pick-up.  Bike racks will not be numbered, but will be separated by division and are first come first serve.  Parents/Guardians are welcome to help their kids set up their bike and gear in transition on Friday during packet pick-up.  Bikes will be safe and secure overnight – 24 hour security provided.

On race day, transition will also be open from 5:00am-7:00am and only athletes with body markings and wristbands will be allowed access to the transition area. NO parents/guardians are allowed in transition area before or during the race.  We will have bike techs and knowledgeable volunteers to assist the athletes in transition.  The parent/guardian WITH wristbands may enter the transition area ONLY to assist with equipment removal.  The transition area is expected to open when the bike course is all-clear which we anticipate will be around 8:15am.

The Tampa Bay Kids Triathlon Race Director has the final say of when the transition area will open for equipment removal.  We thank you in advance for your cooperation on this matter as athlete safety is our number one priority. 4

 4. Our Race Director, Jamie Klingman, will be hosting two Athlete Briefings on Friday – at 4:00pm and 6:30pm.  As a reminder, the course will not be open for viewing prior to the race so we encourage you to take a look at the course maps and if you have any questions about the course – the athlete briefings are an excellent opportunity to get them answered.

5. Due to safety measures, spectators will not be permitted in Busch Gardens’ parking lot to watch the bike portion of the race. Volunteers will be staged throughout the course to assist spectators on where they are permitted.
